Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Feathershot ("the app"), distributed through the Microsoft Store. By installing or using Feathershot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Feathershot is licensed, not sold, to you for use on devices you own or control, subject to the Microsoft Store's standard application license terms. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

You retain all rights to the screenshots and images you edit with Feathershot. The app processes your content entirely on your own device and never uploads, transmits, or stores it anywhere outside your machine.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Feathershot except as permitted by applicable law, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Feathershot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use it at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feathershot and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Purchases are processed by the Microsoft Store and subject to Microsoft's refund policy. Please contact Microsoft Store support for refund requests.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version will always be posted on this page.
